MOLLY ANN TREXLER

Molly has spent the last 10 years within the industry growing and mastering her craft. A Leon’s Graduate, followed by a year long apprenticeship Molly has spent thousands of hours learning how to create styles that are effortless and timeless. She has trained with the likes of R + Co, Keune, Aveda, Arrojo, Keratin Complex, and extensive hands on formal styling with Stephanie Brinkerhoff. While she has an eye for color that enhances your natural features, her attention to detailed cuts is a deep love. Getting to see a client see the beauty that was already there but simply enhanced by what she creates is always her favorite part of every service. Molly adores wedding parties and specializes in bridal hair and airbrush make up. She’s had weddings featured in Virginia Bride, and Triad Wedding Magazine. When she’s not behind the chair you can find her playing with her dog Hattie Wren. Plotting her next Disney trip, spending time with her boyfriend, family, friends and working with her youth group at church!
HARLEY PORTER
Stylist/Co-owner
Harley, a Leon's graduate, has been in the industry for almost 5 years. She completed an apprenticeship early in her career under stylists in both Winston Salem and right here in Martinsville, and has been trained with R+Co. Harley has a deep love for all color services with an affinity for blonding services. In addition, she loves being a part of a wedding day with her elegant, tousled styling capabilities and is also our go-to in the salon for men's haircuts. However, her passion for her job goes further than the art itself. Harley believes in creating a culture of comfort and confidence in the hearts of her clients, never letting them forget that the beauty inside a person makes the outer beauty pale in comparison. Her love for elevating a persons self esteem with complex dimensional colors is one the qualities that make her a great stylist. She will never miss an opportunity to pour into her client's life. Harley has been soaking in as much knowledge as she can from the plethora of stylists she has in her arsenal. She continues to seek out and take advantage of every opportunity to perfect her craft, as well as any chance to learn new applications and techniques. In Harley's free time you will most likely find her at home with her dog (Hattie Wren) and kitten (Winnie Laine), hanging out with friends and family, hulled away reading a book, feeding into the youth at her church, and listening to music or playing her favorite songs on the piano. While walking out feeling on top of the world with your new captivating hair is her priority, you will also learn all the in's and outs of planning a killer trip to Disney!
